What you need to join an online qi gong class
- Call us to let us know you will be joining us.
- We will email you the link just prior to the session.
- Online classes are the second Tuesday of every month at 5:00PM.
Qi Gong is a ‘moving mediation’ practice that is over 5000+ years old. The movements (like Tai Chi) are soft yet powerful, working the breath and working the energy meridian channels. There is mindfulness in the movements whilst being in a state of relaxation.

Classes go for approximately an hour.
Do I need prior experience?
Our classes are suitable for complete beginners..
How fit do I need to be?
Qi Gong does not require you to have any specific level of fitness - we can also modify exercises to suit any challenges you may have.
Do I need to get on the floor?
All our Qi Gong is conducted in standing position - you don't need to get on the floor.
Is there any religious or spiritual background to your Qi Gong?
No. Our Qi Gong does not have any spiritual or religious background.
