What is Acupuncture?

For a description about Acupuncture and the other natural therapy services (including Dry Needling) that Audacious Health provides, please goto our Services page.  Note we can also provide the benefits of acupuncture without needles - ask us today about the non-needle acupuncture services and with any other questions you have about the services we provide.  We have clients that come from all areas of the Sunshine Coast including Acupuncture Beerwah clients, Glasshouse Mountains, Caloundra, Mooloolah Valley as well as from Brisbane and other parts of Australia.


Retreats and Workshop

Do we do wellness workshops or retreats?  YES.

As experienced workshop facilitators and natural therapists, we are able to conduct health and wellness retreats or workshops. Qi Gong

We talk a lot about Qi Gong.  Qi Gong is simply a system of movement that was developed a long time ago in China.  Tai Chi (which is what you see those so cool elderly people doing each morning in China) is a subset of Qi Gong practice.

Qi Gong is all about relaxing movements that effectively exercise your body and release your mind.
